Funny (and Scary) Home Listing Photos!
We have all looked at homes online at some point and noticed some listing photos are not actually doing anything to help sell the home. At very least they are worth a good chuckle so I thought I'd share with you some of the best.
Other than the price of a home, the photography is the second most important part of getting potential Buyers inside for a preview.
|Nothing like cooking breakfast while relaxing on your camping chair.||This agent went too far with the idea of a Closing Gift. You also have to admire the Photoshop skills.|
|Free refrigerator with a full price offer!||Stairway to where?|
|Maybe the photographer could wait another few minutes for the cat to finish his business.||This home has VERY narrow hallways.|
|That is actually dust, not texture.||No need to go to the Zoo if you live here. The animals are all waiting for you in the garage.|
|Potentially a cute home but hard to see in the dark.||In case you were wondering where the key-box was located.|
|This home had so many flies that every step I took you could hear a "crunch"||This home features 3 beds, 2 baths and a Satanic Ritual Ceremony in the crawl space. eek!|
|Wow! Fabio even approves of the hot tub!||Everyday is a campout at the Smith Residence!|
|Ummm...||This is the unit!|
|Mold! Whatever you do, don't turn on the fan!|
Now that you've seen some atrocious listing photos, let me show you the difference from an amatuer photographer and a professional photographer.
